Attached is the PROVISIONAL!! Canoe racing calendar for 2012. The Marathon AGM I expect will be in the coming weeks and any issues etc with the calendar can be trashed out then. (But hopefully all is good!!!)
It all just fits on one A4 page so ideal for all your kitchen fridges/post-boards.

Ok folks, the calendar has been once more updated. Only one real change of significance:
KCC have confirmed that, The Kilcullen Ranking race is now going to be the first of the season on March 11th (Sunday) from Ballymore Eustace - Kilcullen(Original race course). We realise that this falls on the same date as the Thomastown Wild Water Race and a planned training weekend by the sprint committee, but unfortunately the ESB would only allow a flood to be released in March and could not guarantee it later in the year. Again this clash of events is out of the marathon committee's control. Alternatives have been discussed, but these are the dates that best suite the volunteer race organisers. Thank you for your understanding.
Also the Junior Liffey Descent has been confirmed for Saturday 26th May.
