International Racing

Well heres you chance - if you've ever been looking for an excuse to try out K boat racing proper heres the perfect excuse. This yera the committe has set aside 5k to promote developing paddlers get racing experience abroad. We are currently looking for suggestion for what events to support so now is you chance to suggest event that you think we should support teams attending. remeber this is aimed at encouraging paddler make the transistion in to K boats (its not aimed at World Cups and World Championships- thats seperate) Plus to help you on your way the committe have alreeady ordered 8 very stable (introductory) K 1s that are available on laon to individuals and clubs to help encourage people try and become proficent in marathon paddling. But stop there is more - the committee are going to order an additional 8 stable boaats this year (yes that right 16 in only 12 months) so dont be afraid to make contact and make arragement to borrow the equipment.
