Just wondering what class C1's should race in? Div 4 or Open canadian.

are stable racing C1 and high kneelers in Div 4 as well?

The word Open in the canadian class denotes that the class is open to all canadian craft just as open K2 denotes all double kayaks. This was the case during my time as Marathon officer and I dont believe that there has been a rule change in this regard. Otherwise the class would be titled Recreational or general purpose canadian.Therefore racing canadians should be accepted in the open class .The liffey Descent operates under different rules which often confuses the issue.
